By using Plainpaper you agree to these terms. Please read them.

The service

We help you write a CV using AI from the information you give us. You're responsible for checking that everything in your CV is true. We don't guarantee interviews or jobs.

Plans

• Individual (R50, once-off): make one CV, preview it in every style and download it once as a PDF. Editing isn't included. To make another CV, buy again.
• Pro (R69 per month): everything, billed monthly until you cancel. If a payment fails or you cancel, Pro ends at the end of the paid month.

Prices include any applicable taxes and are in South African rand. Payments are processed by Paystack.

Refunds

Because the CV is delivered straight away, Individual purchases are not refundable once the CV has been made. If something went wrong, email us and we'll sort it out fairly. You can cancel Pro any time; we don't refund part-months.

Fair use

• Don't share your account or try to get around plan limits.
• Don't upload anything illegal or anyone else's personal information without permission.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

Your CV is yours. You let us store and process it only to provide the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
